Undeliverable promise

I phoned outsurance company trying to get better rates for my insurance. Kyle Alford made a quote for me ufortunately his price came very very high. Then i was told about the promo you guyz are currently running saying if you cant beat my insurance there is 400zar cash back. He sent me all necessary information and my referance number to claim the price within 30 dys. I was given the link [URL Removed] and this link it is none exisiting. To date i havent been able to claim this price. I have been taken pillar to post i think this is a promo. I just spoke to Walter and he rest assured me that someone will get back within 30 minutes. I hope so.
