Momentum Short-Term Insurance
Insurance company - extreme delay!

A momentum client knocked my vehicle, and has accepted responsibility. Now I tried to claim, and was told they only have one person who is dealing with liability claims! She said she is "one person dealing with 300 claims" This is ridiculous! Also a document they sent me says that it will take 6-8 weeks! I live in Cape Town and the weather is not great and I am concerned about further damage to my vehicle! Its been a week and they have still not seen my documents!
