Is the R400 promo a???

As per Outsurance advert I phoned in on 18 April to see if they can beat my current vehicle insurance premium. Outsurance was almost R600 more expensive than Santam on the same cover, PLUS with Outsurance I would have a excess of R3500 where with Santam mine in!! On completion of the quote is wanted to claim the R400 as offered in the ads. NOT SO EASY!!! I was sent an email with a link, followed the link to a pop-up screen that wants a OTP so you can log in - I had to phone Outsurance 5 times and request the OTP - Still have not received it - more than a week later! This week Monday I phoned again! Round nr 6!!! I received the name of a Devon Jankowski his email address and direct number (0126754777). I emailed all documentations they wanted to him on that same day - 22/4. This morning at 8 I mailed again, asking for feedback, I only got the read receipt back! I tried phoning about 10 times now - just keeps on ringing! I am not making any allegations but asking the question - is this false advertising?? Are Outsurance misleading the public?? CANT WAIT TO MAYBE NOW RECEIVE A REPLY!!
