STILL NOT RESOLVED - DEBIT ORDER ISSUES!

Hi

This is my third hellopeter post on the issue. This is epitome of pathetic service!

They make promises via your website and email me and always give me a new debit order date but when I wait for the date to arrive nothing happens.

Further, they are not allowing me to pay for the months past! I am going to cancel my insurance of my phone with them purely out of principal, as if they start debiting tomorrow, they would have scored - 6 months extra insurance out of me due to all this!

They have offered me no discount on the device as a way of apologizing or anything.

1. Celeste Kruger - did not fix it
2. Mpumi Ncube - did not fix it

Gladys emailed me - made of promise of 25th of March - NEVER HAPPENED!
Shane emailed me a few times - last email on 8th April as follows:

"Good day

Please be advised that unfortunately we will have to start your smart device account and debits will have to run as normal.

I do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Regards
Shane"

The normal debit is on the 25th of the month and nothing has happened since 8th April!
