Double Debit of Smart Device

I took up a Smart Device offer from FNB, about 4 months ago the unit was delivered and the service was great, no complaints there.

The issue is that when I received my statement (online and email) I noticed I had 2 Smart Devices listed (However only a single debit goes through), which cant actually happen because FNB only allows 1 smart Device per person.

A call was logged on the 25th April Ref: RK13042527018 stating this and to correct the 2 devices being listed they said they would query this and get back to me with 24hrs... nothing happened.

I called back again on the 13th May Ref: RD130513349997, stating the same issue and that no one got back to me, and they said they will escalate it... after that no feedback thereafter.

I called back again on the 28th May Ref: RQ1305295702, and demanded to speak to the Manager (Natasha) but she was busy. Not only that now FNB is double debiting me for 2 devices! What ever they did they did the opposite!

For FNB to say "How can I help you" is a disgrace and if no further prompt action is taken I will have no choice but to take legal action against FNB.
