Credit profile not updated

I had 2 previous loans with african which was setlled. I distinctly requested that these accounts be updated at all 3 credit beaureas. I recent aquired a copy of my transuinion report which shows that this account is paid but it shows that I was handed over to legal.

To the best of my knowledge of have know recollection or received any letters that this account was handed over. This violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 1681b (c):

Can these accounts please be deleted from all 3 beaures as being handed over to collections and just be updated as paid in full. I have been a consumerof african bank for a long time and who has paid my accounts with african on time but for them to do this is makes me think wice of delaing with them again. As this is affetcing my credit score.

Can this be please be resolved as soon as possible.
