No reply email/phone- Not receiving statement

Greeting I have been trying to get a hold of the lady that sent me an email in July 2012
to try and obtain a statement because I am paying money to a company that does not
answer calls or emails and I am worried. Now I see the tons of complaints
from other people!!! This is unacceptable!
