FNB Loans Dept Just Don't Care

Today it has come to my realisation that FNB simply does not care for my needs, requirements or that fact that they have wasted a few hours of my time and cellphone bill. I applied for a loan with FNB on Tuesday (15 April 2013) and was smsed that someone would be calling me shortly... it has been 6 days already and I have not received one single phone call from anyone concerning this matter. I phoned the loans department today and was then told that I would be called back, 3 hours later still nothing. I called various other numbers provided to me by the call centres (SmartLoans and Lifestyle Financial Services) and still no one has even bothered to TRY and help, I'm just told my application is incomplete. I have been banking with FNB since 2008 and my monthly salary is deposited each month, they make a decent amount on my bank charges and yet when I need them, they are simply too busy to bother with me! This whole ordeal has cost my pocket money for airtime, and I simply just feel like giving up! I can't handle this stress anymore!
