Misleading Information from Bank

Nedbank approved loan in December 2012. I was not told to pay deposit for the stand, I was told that the bank will pay the money towards the stand and then I will pay for the first part of the building loan. 5 months later i get told by the bank that I need to pay the stand cash before it can be transfered into my name. I am seriously disgusted by nedbank. This has been a long and difficult 6 months!!!
