Essential Med
No Policy Number or Any Details

We joined Essential Med this month but after reading all the complaints on here I am worried that is was just a waste of time.
I received numerous SMS's to say my application was being processed, so many in fact that it was an irritation then a message to say that the debit order would start a few days later.
I do not know if we have been "accepted" or the conditions. The payment has been taken off our account and I have emailed on a few occasions to ask for the details but no response.
I would appreciate some feedback from Essential Med regarding this.
