Worst customer service ever!!!

When I joined essenial Med, I was made certain promises to go to certain doctors or to register my doctor and have unlimited visits that will be covered with the medicine. When i visited my doctor I had to pay for my first visit and my medicine. I was told to pay cash and then just reclaim it fron Essential med. I emailed the slips to Essential Med and was told I was going to be refunded within 30 days. After numerous emails and calls there was no feedback and if you call the relevant person is unavailable. I contacted Nicolene Williams and still no contact / feedback from her as well. The amount that is due to be paid to me is well over R2000.00. I pay the monthly fee of R1210 every month and this is the service I get which is unacceptable. I'm thinking of cancelling Essential Med and rather go to another medical aid who is willing to assist me and not make promises they can not keep.
