I have phoned Essential Med a few times requesting them to cancel one policy and use the newer one as the first one was never activated. Now my premium has gone on to the wrong policy and essential med refuses to correct their mistake. I want my money back that I have paid and now cannot use due to the consultant's error. I am being told that it is my fault when I know it is not. IO am really very unhappy and I feel this was a total waste of my time.

I want this sorted out before the end of the month!!! But, as usual, I probably won't get a call back from them as I was promised on numerous times.
