Bank charges

For 2 years in a row I have to keep calling this bank to change the dates they take off their bank charges yet they keep reverting back to a date that suits them. On top of that their bank charges keeps escalating every month without warning. Last time I checked with them my account was supposed to be at a standard fee but it hasn't been the case as I get charged 400% more than what the fee was supposed to be. I am fed up with calling them to fix the same thing over and over. And no one I ever speak to can ever give a clear explanation of why they do what they do.
