This is in response to my previous two complaints and the degree and nature of feedback I received. As I said before, my complaint of 3 Jan 2013 was ignored, only after my last compalint on Friday did Levi come back to me, but the explanation she gave did not make sense. According to their records, I requested for the payments to be on the 1st of each month- which I never did, why would I if I get paid the 15th? The R22, 47, according to her, based on her information, was based on a debit order in 2008 which was sort of a penalty- my thought axactly... after which I told her it does not make sense. Jubulani was the guy whom I consulted with on the time of payments, meaning the mistake was on their side, and why bring up stuff from a previous contract? Sorry, but Standard Bank's employees were just plain incompetent and frustrated me. May this be my last report on them- they tried in the end... thanks for it afterall.
