I'd like to apluade these two ladies for handling my query and resolving the issue i had with one of the call center agents.

Zimema was so friendly, polite, respectful, and considerate of my feeling when she called me to take over form that other lady. She was so patient, i could sense that she had a smile on her face when she was speaking to me on the phone, explaning the products and services in a language that i could understand (simple business english). i must say she really dealt with me the warmest way (she made an effort to put that human touch in our telephonic conversation). THANK YOU Sisi... People who love their jobs :), driven by customer satisfaction and not targets... A job well done.

Kareema from the complaints department, thank you for your prompt responses and your professionalism whilst updating me with regards to the issue i had. If only all your staff could hear how Zimema spoke to me, i'm sure Old Mutual would not have any complaints.
