EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE OUT OF CONTROL WITH THIS SCAMMING COMPANY AND FROM THE CALL CENTRE SIDE TO THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT, AS THEY ARE DISHONEST, MISLEADING AND INCOMPENTEN, WORSE PART IN THE FSP . I SPOKE TO MORE THAN 8 STAFF MEMBERS WITHOUT ANY FINAL OUTCOME SINCE FROM 31ST TO 8 JAN 2014, EVERYONE ALWAYS HAS A FALSE STORY TO TELL ON THEIR SIDE. OR MAYBE OLD MUTUAL ALWAYS TELLS INCORRECT INFORMATION WHEN THEY SELL THEIR CONSOLIDATION COVER, JUST TO WIN CLIENTS. YESTERDAY AT 16H10, I SPOKE TO A GUY WHO CLAIMS TO BE WORKING AT COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT AND PROMISED TO SORT OUT MY QUERY AND EVEN MENTIONED THAT HE WILL EMAIL ME, AFTER OUR CONVERSATION, BUT THAT HASN'T HAPPENED ALSO. I HAVE REALISED THAT EVERY TOM, AND HARRY SEEMS TO BE HIRED WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE DOING. FIRST IT WAS OTHER CONSULTANTS, INCLUDING VALECIA, THEY ALL TO ME, THEN WORSE PART SAMMY WHO WAS ASKING FOR ME PAYSLIP, BUT WHEN THEY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT THEY DON'T ASK FOR IT. ALSO THE GUY WHO FAILED TO REPLY ON MY EMAIL AS HE PROMISED. KINDLY BE ADVISED THAT I DON'T CARE IF YOU DO THE PAYMENT OR NOT AND I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO ANYONE FROM OLD MUTUAL AGAIN.
