The ladies who work at the hi finance office in Incredible connections in Gateway Durban never seem to let me down... Efficiency and PROFESSIONALISM is just superb always on point. I called the office just a few minutes ago and I was still surprised that from our last conversation last month she still remembers who I am. Without wasting time she inform that the payment I made is reflecting as this was my call intention. These women are nothing like the guys who call from the call center, who arrogantly rub it on to you that you are in arrears like the guy who called me on Monday "Tando Ngibe", they never want to listen and hear what you have but it's always about what they wanna arrogantly say to you. Thank you HIFINANCE for having these ladies working at your offices. I am sure they maximize their ability to make sure every customer walks out with a big smile on their face.
