I have complained to Legalwise about not getting what was promised to me by MTN which was 3GIGs of fast download speed. I have only had the contract for 1 month and MTN failed to fix my problem due to weak or no download speeds despite showing them images of my screenshots. Legalwise said that I had a case and that the matter would get attention. I gave instruction in December 2012 to handle the matter. I got asked to officially cancel the service in store which I did within the 1st week of January (approx.). I then advised Thobeka who said she would get back to me and this went on until March then I complained and was promised a reply from Debby by Nazley. Debby called in April and told me that Thobeka would bring her the case and she would as the senior, advise Thobeka what to do, I got excited as again I get told between the lines that nothing has happened with my case and I was assured that the next day I would get a response by the afternoon well I only got emailed the day after that for me to complete the Power of Attorney which I completed the same day and returned on 18 April and asked for confirmation and again I wait. I don't even have the modem but the billing continues
