Legal Assistant hanged up on me

On the 28 January 2014 I called legalWise Johanesburg branch seeking advice. No consultant was available and they promised to call me back which they did. I spoke to a Legal Assistant named Buyiswa. I explained my problem and she advised that LegalWise does not handle Blacklisting issues. I was puzzled as their advert say the opposite. I asked her to explain what was meant on their advert and how different was my case to the one on the advert. She began to be impatient and told me she has no clue what the advert said but what she knows is that they don't cover my case. I then asked who should have a clue when people employed to know products being sold don't have a clue about the same product. She hanged up. I tried calling back, it rang unanswered. I called again, when she heard my voice, she hanged up again. I then called later then spoke to a lady who only identified herself as Phindi and she gave me the manager's name (Mervyn Moodley). I am disgusted by the attitude, more so because I am genuinely confused with my case and need help. is this what I am really paying for? Is this the type of help I pay for?
