I applied for a new contract, the package is the uncapped 3Gig - this means that for 3Gigs I would have fast 3G/HSDPA speed but after that the internet speed would slow down only. I have complained of weak or no reception and slow or no download speeds to 1555 and 808 who kept referring me. Then in November the 808/1555 machine said that "if you are calling about internet connections in Cape Town/Western Cape we are a ware of the problem. I then tried to use the modem after 1 week of hearing about the internet being repaired by a friend. then I called MTN and the lady told me what to do with the settings but still nothing. I went into Canal Walk where I took out the contract and told them within 2 weeks of having the contract that I am unhappy I want this contract cancelled as I was not getting what was promised with images. The lady there convinced me to be patient she would log a complaint and MTN would call me to possibly fit a booster, that never happened after almost a month but my billing of R300/month continued excluding the R338.29 initial charge. I have officially cancelled the contract in writing in January 2013, still they are billing me. I want all my money spent on 0%
