Discovery insure appoint terrible suppliers

Our car was damaged on 10 November 2012. We decided on Monday 12 November 2012 to claim from Discovery insure, since the damage was on a crucial spot of the driver's door resulting in difficulty when opening the door. There were no problems at this stage, Discovery was quick on the button, told us that the claim is approved and that the service supplier is Centurion Panel beaters. My husband phoned that service supplier who told us we could only bring our car on 22 JANUARY (more than a month away at that stage). We were not happy about it, but what can you do, so we WAITED. ON 22 January the car was taken to Centurion Panel beaters. IT IS STILL THERE on 5 MARCH. I don't know a lot about panel beating, but I sure as know that 6 weeks to repair 1 door is preposterous. It is here that Discovery has been less than a satisfying insurer, in that follow-ups with Discovery has yielded NO RESULTS, only promises to call back etc. Discovery is at fault, we insure with them, we trust them to appoint competent suppliers when it comes to serving our claim. But make no mistake about it, I'll never take my business to Centurion Panel beaters and will advise everyone I know against using them!
