I was contacted and February per telephone in regards to vehicle maintenance plan. I was quoted and figure, which I accepted on the the basis that I would receive a policy schedule within 24 hours for review. I only managed after 1 month to trace the the consultant and receive a copy of my policy. At this stage I realized that I was sold a Service Plan and not a maintenance Plan, As soon as I realized the mistake I asked for a new quote for the maintenance plan which I received and then asked for service plan to be cancelled and replaced with the maintenance plan. I was then told that they not sure if my vehicle qualifies for the maintenance plan although it was quoted for. Further according to the documentation provided my vehicle do qualify. One month later I still wait for someone to contact me to resolve the issue with no avail. I have requested cancellation and refund with promises being made that documentation would be issued on 24 April 15H00 pm. Nothing was received. I simply can"t believe a company selling products of these nature can be so useless when it comes to customer service.
