Dont make arrangements with Discovery Compaint #2

This is the second time I have made an arragement with Discovery Credit Card and like the true " people & customer centric" institution they are they did even better than debiting my acocunt without my knowledge this time. They set off 1/2 my salary. I have an arranegment to pay R4660 on the 30th as confirmed by a consultant this morning but Tahira Dreyer at 06:00am took it upon herself to take my rent money. (R13000) And just like last time they will refuse to give me a refund-Right Discovery? An e-mail was sent in response to my last complaint ON HP the manager was so incompetant she couldnt answer my questions-she then said she would get a collections manager from FNB to call me & discovery couldnt even keep that promise. I am taking this matter to the ombudsman becasue Discovery dont give a damm about clients in difficult situation. My advise is dont bother with repayment arrangements they will just you over month after month until you get evicted-ALL THEY WANT IS THERE MONEY. No doubt an e-mail response will be sent stating they will deal with this personally to resolve the matter and get it off HP-and of course blame FNB because its there fault-TAKE ACCOUNTIBILITY
