Oneplan Health Insurance

I went to the doctor recently, got all the funds from one plan! when i got back to work to submit my receipt as requested i did.. i received numerous emails and sms's saying they did not receive any claim receipt and it is in reject. finally i phoned them and i was ask to send the receipt too a certain person! he confirmed that the had received it and it was attached to my file. after that i received another sms saying they will deduct R200.00 from my account because no claim receipt was recorded, again i emailed the consultant working on my query and he assured that he will sort it out and speak to his manager! by surprise this morning i had an sms from my bank that R200.00 was deducted from oneplan! I myslef will make sure no one I know will take out this insurance.
I want my money refunded to me as soon as possible
