Still nothing done???

I wrote a report on the bad service i got from fnb, they phoned, promised that they will investigate and that is where it stopped.

is anyone in fnb doing something? going to the banks are a mission, phoning their call centre is a bigger hassle. really fnb, you are not helping at all.
