NOT GETTING HOUSING LOAN AGAINST MY PENSION AT FNB

I applied for a smart housing loan at FNB against my pension they did not approve it. They telling me about affordability and I have just finished paying the other loan I had with them without any problems of paying. I have been with FNB all my life and this loan is against my pension which is guarantted that should anything happen to me they will get their money and besides that the instalment is deducted directly from my salary.
FNB is not a bank that you can rely on because they cant help you with anything and other banks are not like them. As long as you are with FNB you gonna be frustrated. Cant they check how you handled the other account you had with them? Their service is not right.
