Unauthorised debit

I'm an FNB ex staff employer and currently a pensioner. FNB offered us as staff small personal loans in 2000 and I took R10000.00 for the 24 months terms as I was almost due for pension. The repayments was directly debited from my salary and upon my retirement October 2003 to my surprise FNB Micro Loan demanded R8000.00 which was the pension pay out I got from the bank. We settled for R3000.00 and I thought the matter was closed. And, only now in 2013 they came back and started to debit my account unlawfully without any consideration that it is my pension money and its basically for food, medication and to see me through the hard times any pensioner goes through. I have been to the bank several times and my complaints have fallen into deaf ears. The amount they say I owe is more than what I initial borrowed from the bank. What happened to the money I've already paid and the ones that they are busy helping them with? Account number in question is 4-000-015-453-076.
