Late Pension Pay Out

1.My name is Mabotse Mirriam Duma; ID No: 5403; Persal No: 2013; Pension No: 1730;
2.Worked for dep of Housing from 1997 to 2013
3.On the 18 June 2013 I tendered my resignation and gave 3 months notice to allow enough time for pension payout.
4.I never received any letter of acknowledgement and on 31 October 2013 I left as stipulated in my letter.
5.I tried in vain to ascertain as to when and how long it takes to payout
6.After making several calls no one knows and up to today I'm in the dark
7.I Called Pension Fund I was told that my application was submitted to them on the 29 of October 2013. It is very disturbing because my letter was submitted to Department of Housing on the 18 June 2013.
8.I am also supposed to get money for the days they are owing me but there is nothing.
