PENSION BACKED LENDING

On the 25th January 20133 i had applied for a loan against my pension fund.which i was told that it would normally take about six weeks. Up to now i have never received one call from anyone at the institution.
i personally think that this type of service reallt puts people off. My colleague that works with me had applied for the same loan in October last year and it took abot six weeks to get. I continuosly phone on a daily basis to check for feed back and keep on getting the same response --- it is with the loans office for the past month now. Today i get told that the IT person needs to do some work on the system because there is a problem with company / link. My contact person is Caroline and her number is 011 9810298 which i phone daily.

ALL ONE NEEDS TO TELL ME IS WHETHER I CAN GET THE LOAN OR NOT SO I CAN TAKE THIS BUSINESS TO ANOTHER INSTITUITON.
