Unauthorised access

R7000-00 was missing from my acc, when I check my balance it was R7k less, fnb staff member name Phillip, went into my acc and reserved money without my knowledge whatsoever, this is highly unethical, a direct violation of my right as a customer.

I'm really disgusted by this behaviour, for the bank to act in this manner is really shocking, means my money and information is not safe at this bank.

This is becoming a constant habit, they have no respect for a customer.
