My name is Lebohang Tsotetsi, I logged a complain with Standard Bank on the 09 November because there were transactions I don't know from my account, I had my card with me but money was withdrawn, airtime purchase and swiping's which was not done by me, I had a total amount of 1826.00 in my account but when i check my balance in the morning with cellphone banking there was R80 left. I was so upset I went to standard bank Jabulani mall and they gave a phone to call their call centre to a log a complain, I explained everything to the consultant and I was told that they will investigate and it will be resolved in 30 days. I have not received any feedback from them and this is not acceptable because I am their client and I expect my money to be safe with them, instead they my money and I have to run around calling them to get my money back. I am not happy at all this is not CUSTOMER SERVICE, I am going to close my account and want my money reserved IMMEDIATLEY . Advise as to what i should do??
