My account frozen, no reason, no warning, no reply

My account has apparently been frozen by FICA with no warning, no reason, and now no reply and no remedy. In fact I have been put on hold for over 26mins!! and spent a whole hour on the phone to the bank. I must point out that I have complied with every single FICA requirement and there is no justifiable reason for suddenly freezing my account. This is the last straw Standard Bank. I cannot tolerate your useless service anymore, and will start the process of withdrawing all my banking from you. Banks like Investec are a pleasure to deal with, what possible excuse can you have for treating your clients so badly.
