ABSA account frozen for no reason!

Three months back I reported that my ABSA account had been frozen, supposedly due to FICA regulations, despite the fact that I had completed all the documentation for FICA a year previously. Now, 3 months later the same thing has happened again. It's month end and today I am unable to pay my bills because my account has again been frozen and ABSA online banking advise that it is due to FICA requirements not being met.
I stood in the bank three months ago and completed the forms, which were processed in front of me. How can they not have FICA documents when I was right there when the information was put onto the system.
How dare ABSA freeze my bank accounts due to their own internal INEFFICIENCY. I am sick and tired of being treated like a piece of who doesn't matter and am now definitely changing my bank.
