Account suspended for no reason

So I wake up at 6am with my 3 year old son and realise we dont have electricity. The intention is to buy electricity via cellphone banking, knowing that I have funds in my account and to my dismay I find that my Account is unavailable.

I was never told that my account was going to be suspended and have no reason why this has happened!! It seriously annoys me because Fica is not an excuse, I have Fica'd my account already and so has my husband and his account has been stopped as well!

Such service is truly unacceptable!!! Standard bank is the only bank that we have to fica our accounts every second month just to keep it up and running!!

Really, really pathetic service!!!
