Dissapointed Home Loan Custome

Myself and my Husband have submitted our Home Loan forms and our required documents with an offer to purchase to the FNB Branch in Bryanston on the 19 April the guy took the forms and said submit it and someone will get back to us we have followed up on Tuesday and the call centre said they will follow up and get back to us, my husband then went back to the branch to find out whats happening as the other Bank we submitted to has already given us thier approval but as a valued client and staff member of FNB we want our approval from FNB the guy at the branch then says its at Housing Finance we must contact them we eventually called them and they now telling us that there was never a application submitted and they only do loans for under R300000.00 which means the guy never even went through the documents to see whats the loan amount

i am very dissapointed and cant believe this is the service i got from FNB i might loose my dream house all because of bad service
