ABSA service is ridiculous. They block internet banking for small premiums not going off WITHOUT bothering to contact you via SMS or email. Now on payday when we need to access account the internet banking, it does not work. I am trying my utmost to contact the call center to have this corrected FOR THE SECOND month in a row, and I have been on hold for 15 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone. The simple fact that I cannot even get through to an agent when I need to access MY money is pathetic.
