No answer at Absa internet banking hotline!!!

Since yesterday 8May 2013 I tried to get through to Absa internet banking customer care to sort out a crisis on my internet banking account, but got put on hold. I try to send them an email to contact me back but still no response. It makes me uncomfortable to thing that they don't respond if you have a crisis, no wonder there is so much going on because by the time you get through to report a problem it is all ready to late.
CHANGE YOUR SLOGAN TO " TODAY, TOMMORROW, WHEN EVER' WE GET A CHANCE TO HELP YOU!!!
PLEASE LET ONE OF YOUR AGENTS CALL ME BACK ASAP.
