BAD SERVICE WITH INTERNET BANKING

On the 21st of June i sent the an email to absa requesting me to help me with internet banking access as i had been denied access after trying to loging multiple times because my internet was on and off. I have not had anyone assist me with this issue and it has been a drastic inconvenience as i cannot make payments. there was a lady who replied to my email, but i forgot her name. she responded after 2 days or so and went all quiet thereafter. Will some help me before i change banks. This is a nightmare!
