Let it be said that I am based in Johannesburg, and Anita in Cape Town. We have never met but the service I received, her manner of reverting with feedback, of advising and assisting, she provided a support system that this first time buyer trusted and depended upon. Our telephonic encounter was coincidental- I had dialled the Jhb offices late on a Friday but received no answer, on a whim I decided to call Cape Town to find an alternate number. Anita answered like an angel to a prayer! She guided me through the process, even calling on the Monday which was a Public Holiday.
