I am a client of fnb, and got a call from an agent for a platinum card. I asked her for the rates and the only rate she gave me was R710 annually, i have proof of the emails. I then receive my card and a few days later my statement which had an amount of R710 plus additional R125 per month, when i queried it with the same consultant she addimitted to me telephonically that she did not inform me, of the monthly fees and the calls are recorded. She put me through to her team leader/manager by the name of L Meyers. She spoke to me for a few minutes and said she will get back to me, almost a week later and still no response. When i emailed the consultant i get a reply that she has moved to a different department. I mailed my commercial banker and still got no response. If my problem is not resolved, i will go the media as i have all the proof via email. I will be attaching my no below.
