Called at 20:25 to inform FNB platinum card that I will be in Dubai between 10/05 and 18/05 and would require activation of my card. Platinum card put me through to authorisation. I was again requested to do a security Check which was previously done and I asked the agent why, the agents who's name is Valencia Dothli was rude and raised her voice to me when she asked me the dates. I asked her for the managers email and she refused to give me the managers Ronald Smith's email address. She dropped the call without activating my card. I had to call the authorisation department again spoke to Noni who assisted me however no one can give the email address of Aubrey Bosch. I closed my personal account with FNB due to poor services. I WILL CLOSE THIS CARD DUE TO THE SAME POOR SERVICE. STAFF SEEM TO THINK THEY DOING YOU A FAVOUR. DON'T WE PAY FEES FOR SERVICE. Please reply on [Email Removed] as I will be out of the country.
