I just made a phone call to Business Online Number 0860 123 0007 regarding setup of Sars Efilling CT push payments. I spoke to a lady at 11:25. While trying to explain what I want and having difficulty understanding or hearing what she is saying. I called my manager who wanted to talk to her and explain what the problem is,
When my manager started talking she had dropped the line
I think its really really rude especially after holding for a consultant for 20 minutes.
Really Standard BAnk, your service, really do you only have one consultant???
