I have tried numerous times to get hold of the person handling my claim. I have called her on the phone. I have emailed her and she cant return my calls, she can't respond to my emails. I have to take in my car for repairs today and I need a courtesy car. Now I have to delay the repairs of my car because I don't get any response on my communication with this person responsible for my claim. This claims process has become so cumbersome unnecessarily.
