You really don't care

I have been a standard bank customer all my life and I have both a vehicle and home finace which I have never owed, however when it comes to times where I am REALLY strapped and I need a favour, I get told about "other" people I owe"D". Does my current profile with YOU not make any difference? I know if it was MFC. Or Nedbank they would have jumped at the opportunity to create a lasting customer experience. You guys rather focus on my profile with OTHER PEOPLE.
