I've been with Standard Bank all my life. To mention some of the products that I make use off: Current Account, Savings Account, Home Loan, Personal loan, Credit Card, Investment account and a UCount rewards member. As I read some of the complaints that were reported, I cannot help but wonder whether this was one bad experience which led to the over-all feeling or is it really a range of events (which would justify a complaint on hellopeter)? Being in a business relationship with a suplier for so long, you must realize that some times life happens. It's not always the supplier who's at fault. I am SO loyal to my bank and have ONLY received the greatest service, products, interest rates and assistance. My bank feels like my partner in life... Std Bank is ALWAYS there to make my life "simpler, better, faster"! Keep up the awesome service you guys!!
