First National Bank
No loan

My husband approached bank for loan to settle debt and have one account to pay back, all was completed on comp. consultant contacted him, confered and said in principal all approved just had to submit form 17.4 and then all would be finalised. this done but to date no return call acknowledging receipt of same and no finalising of loan. if he did not need the loan and their call approving in principal was not given, would not be so upset who would stay with this bank if they cant carry through
