6 Months and still waiting

I received a "Approved in principal" home loan from FNB in June 2013 to date I have not received my home loan. this has now cost me thousands of rands in escalation fees. FNB never responds to email correspondence even though their return auto response says they will get back to you in 24 hours. Telephonic correspondence is almost impossible with them as their home loan division is even worse than JHB council.
