No date for insurance claim inspection

I logged a call with nedbank and received a reference number for my home owners insurance claim. Ref details C111310004420 JG and T home improvements. The folks appointed by nedbank are so in-efficient that it has been more than 10 days and they are still trying to make an appointment. When the receptionist calls she is confused on the time if they can come etc... Pls revert to a reputable company that wants to do business. Thanks
