I have been informed on several occasions that my debit orders have come back unpaid and my bank account does not exist, even though these debit orders have been going off my bank account.

Momentum have debited me for an amount in excess of R800 since January 2013 to end March 2013 and have subsequently cancelled my account as well as my gym membership informing me that my debit orders are unpaid and my account does not exist.

I have emailed them on several occasions as well as contacted their call center, nobody has provided me with any real feedback as to what is going on. I do not understand how you can cancel a customer's account two days after double debiting them and send them several mails to say their debit orders are unpaid.

This situation has been extremely inconvenient and time consuming for me, yet nobody at Momentum seems to want to provide me with any substantial feedback.
