Momentum Can Not Comply with a simple request

I called Momentum to switch my debit order for my retirement annuity and my momentum multiply to my new bank account and provided them with all my details in the beginning of October. The call centre agent confirmed that everything had been switched. I then received an sms from my previous bank that I have unpaid bank charges worth R180 as Momentum tried to debit my account when I had no funds as all my funds had been switched to the new bank account, I now owe Momentum - R1000 plus Nedbank R180. If you do not repay the bank charges I WILL CANCEL MY PORTFOLIOS WITH YOU WHICH I HAD FOR 5 YEARS!!! I am concerned that you cannot comply with a simple request such as a switch of debit orders!!!
